What is a dedicated assistant?
All of our plans include a dedicated assistant who will work with you on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person. Your assistant will grow to know you, your work, and your preferences, while learning to anticipate your needs.
Will my assistant be working on the weekend?
Our assistants work standard business hours, Monday to Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your assistant will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.
Where will my assistant be located?
Our assistants are located in the United Kingdom.
Do you live outside the UK?
We can happily support your needs wherever you are. However, please be aware that our assistants will be working from their UK time-zone when completing your tasks.
Can my assistant handle scheduling?
Your assistant can co-ordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage your Google Calendar with ease. Simply share and grant your assistant access to manage your calendar. It's that simple.
Assistance exclusively use and manage Google Calendars. At this time we cannot guarantee support for Outlook, iCal, or other calendar applications, though we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What is the branded email feature?
Branded Email allows your dedicated assistant to send and receive emails from your domain instead of their @assisted.by address. It adds a level of professionalism giving the appearance your assistant is in-house. Branded email is included in SME and Enterprise level plans, for Start-up level plans this service can be included for an additional £99 per month.
Can my assistant keep my inbox organised?
Sharing your Gmail inbox to your assistant to read, send, and archive messages on your behalf is a great way to stay on top of email and keep your inbox tidy.
Assistants work exclusively out of Gmail and cannot guarantee support for Outlook, Mail, or other mail clients, though we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
